Some Imps now have tendrils, suits, dresses and cat faces, showing us that Rose’s prototypings affect everything as well, and John encounters Frog Monuments and Consorts that talk to him about the World, about the Fireflies, trapped in the clouds by a spell put there by the Slumbering One. Part 1 / Part 2 / Part 3 / Part 4 / Part 5Īnd what better way to begin the new Act after an Intermission some people don’t quite seem to care about, than with a beautiful Flash Game?īreaking the tedium and confusion many felt during the Intermission, but having showcased all of the relevant things Hussie wanted to showcase within it thus far, we follow John’s descent into his Land. Now that the comic has a solid base to work upon, it’s time to delve in deep into the story Hussie wants to tell with this world he’s created. ![]() With Acts 1, 2 and 3 out of the way, we move onto Acts 4 and 5 in this part, after the first reveal of the trolls, after the Intermission, after Rose’s entry into the game. Homestuck is dense, and it makes sense if you follow it through, but without the start that are the first Acts, without a solid base to support the rest of the comic’s craziness, it just wouldn’t work. One of the many reasons Homestuck seems confusing to outsiders, is because they see or hear about stuff happening in the middle or towards the ending of the story.
